In aims of replacing imported products and starting mass production of candy for the Mongolian market, BOSA Holding LLC – a company with 25 years of experience under its belt, established BOSA Conditer LLC and opened the MONCONDI candy factory in 2020.

The MONCONDI brand has recently started to produce hard and chocolate candies with the use of Russian technology.

The facility employs over 60 young Mongolians and aims to increase its workforce capacity by creating more than 200 job positions in the next five years.
